FACTS AND RULES
A Layaway contract expires and due in full on or before Noon, December 24th, 2009
A 20% down payment on a new Layaway purchase is required
Payments must be made every 30days and are accepted till expiration of contract
The service fee (non-refundable) on all new Layaway contracts is $2.00
The Cancellation/restock (non-refundable) fee on all new contracts is $10.00
If Layaway merchandise is returned to stock, you are eligible for a refund minus Service and
Cancellation fees
If item (s) goes on sale during contract period, customer can request item at sale price, but, must pay that item in full. Otherwise there is no partial takeouts permitted.
Person initiating Layaway must be the same person finalizing layaway. A photo ID is required for new Layaways, pickups and refunds.
Any form of payment is accepted
